The Challenge

During the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2025, a diverse range of social-first content was produced as part of the host broadcast workflow. Operating on behalf of HBS, the project focused on delivering high-impact video content for the digital departments of international rights holders.

The output covered the entire matchday cycle: from creative promos and player edits designed to build pre-match anticipation, to fast-turnaround edits that captured the live energy of the tournament.

On-site Production

Based in Miami for four weeks as part of the core tournament team, the role involved operating within a high-pressure environment directly connected to live operations. This on-site presence ensured a seamless transition between planned storytelling and reactive content creation.

Digital distribution

The final library provided broadcasters with a strategic mix of assets. Pre-produced player spotlights and match promos before the whistle, while reactive edits ensured rights holders could maintain momentum on social media after the live matches.
