The Challenge

The collaboration with Manchester City began with the development of the recurring Wallpaper Wednesday series, a project that provided a platform for extensive creative exploration within the club’s visual identity.

This partnership evolved over multiple seasons to include a wide range of social media designs, from official match announcements to graphics celebrating record-breaking moments and key milestones. By balancing artistic freedom with the high standards of a global football brand, the work helped maintain a premium and engaging presence across the club’s digital platforms.

Wallpaper Wednesday

Created during the 2019-20, 2020-21, and 2021-22 seasons, these designs were shared weekly on the club’s official social media channels. The series allowed for complete freedom in style and execution, resulting in a diverse collection of visuals that pushed the boundaries of traditional sports design while staying connected to the club’s core aesthetic.

In addition to recurring formats, support was provided for major tournament campaigns, such as the ‘Let’s Do This’ activation during the 2019-20 Champions League in Lisbon. Working closely with the club’s internal team, high-impact visuals were produced to build momentum during one of the most critical phases of the season.
